Public transport in Valencia:
Valencia has well developed transportation network. There are five underground lines, from which line 4 is in fact normal tram line with low floor vehicles. In addition there are a lot of bus lines which carry passengers to the furthest parts of the city.
There are two underground lines from the airport to the city center: line 3 (red line) and 5 (yellow line). It's definitely the quickest and simplest way to get to the city. Ticket from the airport to the city center costs 4,90 EUR (journey time: about 20 minutes) Next to the bus station there is Turia underground station from where you will get to the city center.

Single ticket – it's valid only for buses, without possibility of changing the vehicle, it can be bought from driver. Cost: 1,50 EUR
Bonobus card – Cost: 8 EUR – 10 single tickets are included in this price. Each ticket authorizes to change the vehicle but total journey time can't exceed 1 hour. It's valid only in buses.
Bonobus Travel Card – cost: 9 EUR - 10 single tickets are included in this price. Each ticket authorizes to change vehicles three times but total journey time can't exceed 50 minutes. It's valid in buses and underground (zone A).
T1/T2/T3 Card – a card for one person which entitles to travel for 1,2 or 3 days. Recommended for tourists. Valid in buses and underground (zone A). Price for 1 day – 4 EUR, 2 days – 6,70 EUR, 3 days – 9,70 EUR.
Valencia Tourist Card – a card which entitles to unlimited journeys for 24, 48 or 72 hours. Recommended for tourists as it entitles to discounts in museums, restaurants, shops. Valid in buses and underground (zone A,B,C,D) including transfers to/from airport. Price for 24 hours – 15 EUR, 48 hours – 20 EUR, 72 hours – 25 EUR. ACCESS TO VALENCIA
Valencia is located on the southern coast of Spain so the most convenient way to get there is through Barcelona (El Prat airport) and next by bus, car or train.

Direct and cheap flights to El Prat airport in Barcelona from several cities in Poland (Warsaw-Modlin, Katowice, Cracow, Wroclaw and Gdansk) are operated by Ryanair or Wizzair.

You can get to Barcelona Nord station from El Prat airport by:
Bus line 46 connecting terminals T1 and T2 with Plaça d'Espanya (running during the day every 15-20 minutes, journey time about 30 minutes)
Bus line N17 connecting terminal T1 with Barcelona (running at night),
by underground from Plaça d'Espanya to Barcelona Nord (you will get directly to the bus station)
ACCESS FROM BARCEONA TO VALENCIA
You can get to Valencia from El Prat airport (BCN) by bus line ALSA. One way ticket from Barcelona to Valencia costs 35 EUR. Promotional tickets for 6 – 10 EUR can be purchased on the website www.alsa.es (PayPal payment). Trains and buses from Barcelona to Valencia run every 2 hours.
